As long as it has not yet been shipped, we can easily cancel your order and refund your money. Please contact us as soon as possible to clarify this. However, if your order is already on its way to you, you will have to wait until it arrives and send it back to us.

How can I check the status of my order?

You can check the status of your order in your customer account on our website. We will also send you a shipping confirmation with a tracking number once your order has been shipped. Please check your spam folder if you do not find this email in your inbox.

How long will it take for my order to be delivered?

The delivery time depends on your location and the shipping method. Normally the delivery time within the US is 5-10 working days. Since we are currently receiving a lot of orders and our logistics, as well as DHL seems to be a bit overwhelmed, it can be extended by 5 working days (as of 08.08.2024). We do our best!
