Our Cloudies run one size smaller. This means that if you normally wear a size 7, you should get our Cloudies in size 7.5. If you are between two sizes, e.g. 7 and 7.5, we recommend you take the even larger size 8.

What materials are they made out of?

Cloudies are made of high-quality synthetic leather and cork (both vegan), which makes them beautiful and robust on the outside but super soft and cozy on the inside. The soles are made of non-slip cork.

What is the best way to take care of my Cloudies?

To ensure the longevity of your Cloudies, we recommend shaking them out regularly to remove dirt and dust. Stains can be easily cleaned with a damp cloth.

Is there a guarantee on the Cloudies?

Yes, we offer a satisfaction guarantee for our Cloudies. If you are not satisfied for any reason, please contact us (kontakt@yumiyuma.com) and we will do everything we can to resolve the issue.
